· Strong AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Adobe Suite skills

· Working experience in construction site is preferred

Senior Architect

Recruitment requirements:

· Highly self-disciplined, responsible and organized, and ability to work well in a team

· Professional degree (bachelor or above) in Architecture, Design or in a relevant field

· Excellent logical thinking, graphic expression and design management ability

· Strong AutoCAD, Sketchup (modeling and Rendering), and Adobe Suite skills

· 3 years or more professional working experience, working experience in construction drawing  and construction site is preferred

Architect

Recruitment requirements:

· Highly self-disciplined, responsible and organized, and ability to work well in a team

· Professional degree (bachelor or above) in Architecture, Design or in a relevant field

· Excellent logical thinking, graphic expression and design management ability

Architectural Internship

Recruitment requirements:

· Highly self-disciplined, responsible and organized, and ability to work well in a team

· Currently studying in Architecture, Design or in a relevant field

· Excellent logical thinking, graphic expression and design management ability

· Strong AutoCAD, Sketchup (modeling and Rendering), and Adobe Suite skills

· At least 3 months internship period, excellent candidates may consider formal entry

Marketing Manager

Recruitment requirements:

· Highly self-disciplined, responsible and organized, with good communication skills

· Bachelor degree or above, construction management or related major is preferred

· Able to take responsibilities of company operation related works such as HR, BD, contracts review, etc.

· Familiar with the business process of architectural design, project management or business operation experience in design enterprises is preferred

· Familiar with office software such as Word and Excel, and be able to use the basic operations of design software such as Adobe

· Long-term residence in Shanghai

· Basic English oral and written communication skills

Marketing Specialist

Recruitment requirements:

· Highly self-disciplined, responsible and organized, with good communication skills

· Bachelor degree or above, construction management or related major is preferred

· Familiar with the business process of architectural design, project management or business operation experience in design enterprises is preferred

· Familiar with office software such as Word and Excel, and be able to use the basic operations of design software such as Adobe

· Long-term residence in Shanghai

· Basic English oral and written communication skills

· Working contents including:

  A Personnel recruitment and management affairs

  B Business and project management affairs

  C Daily maintenance and update of social media (websites, WeChat public account platforms, emails, etc.)
